Taxiways

Two main taxiways are used to allow transport of aircraft from runways to aprons and parking areas.
Taxiway Alpha:   Connects the main regular passenger transport apron to runway 03/2 It is sealed, 22 metres wide and has central taxiway lighting.
Taxiway Bravo:   Connects Alpha around to the beginnings of runway 08/26 and runway 14/32. From Taxiway Bravo, via Taxiway Charlie, Delta and Echo other apron and parking areas can be accessed.

Regular Passenger Transport Apron

NOTE: Bay 2 and 3 should be kept vacant for RPT aircraft. Aircraft using these bays should have the  the pilot remain in the vicinity and be available to shift the aircraft if required.

Capacity   Marked parking bays for three large aircraft.  Bays 1,2,3-Fokker 50 and below
Bay   1A-B737-800 and below
Bay   2A-BAe 146-200 and below
Bay   3A-BAe 146-300, B737-300 and below
Fuel   Major refueller, Mobil Aviation, staffed during business hours, with 24 hour call out service. Tel. (08) 9923 3624  110,000 litre storage capacity for Avgas. 110,000 litre storage for Jet A1. All aircraft are serviced by fuel tanker.

Other Apron

Adjacent to the RPT apron is a good GA (general aviation) apron for itinerant parking including hardstand area and grassed areas for tying down small aircraft. A second apron is available and accessible by Taxiway Echo. North-east apron and hanger used for on-site flying school. Far north eastern apron not in use.
